Welcome to our new ocean view home on the Big Island of Hawaii completed in September 2004.
This Home and everything in it are new!

This beautiful house was designed, built and outfitted as the perfect Hawaii vacation rental to cater to 2 couples sharing the house or large families. The two master bedrooms, each with California King Beds and full baths, are separated by the spacious great room to allow for privacy. The great room also has a queen size sofa sleeper. The great room is wired with a digital surround sound home theatre system along with DVD/CD player and extensive DVD movie and music collection.

Every room in this beautiful Hawaii home has a slider which connects to the huge Lanai in the rear. The combination of ceiling fans in every room and the freshest, purified air from over 3000 miles of Pacific Ocean trade winds help keep the temperature perfect all year round. It has a separate laundry room, huge walk in closet, slate tile flooring, pitched wood ceiling, wood doors throughout, wood-trimmed window sills, too much to list. Don’t be confused because we’ve priced it in your budget, there is nothing cheap about this rental besides the rates.

Kitchen: The full kitchen was designed for ease and openness. It has everything you need for entertaining including glass-top range/oven, refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Great Room: The great room is ideal for lounging and/or watching the dish/satellite-television or movies from the 200+ DVD movie collection (including lots of kid and Disney movies). You can also enjoy watching the sunrise out of the ocean via the 8 foot bay window.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms are both master size outfitted with California Kings and full baths. You can watch the Hawaiian sunrise out of the Pacific Ocean from bed! There is a huge walk in closet.

Lanai: The large Lanai is ideal for all day and night use. It is interconnected from each room through sliders facing the back yard. It is outfitted with a new gas BBQ and table & chair set.

Yards: The yards are landscaped with colorful plants/trees. We have Papayas, Bananas and Pineapples with many more fruits to come. There is a large, level lawn in the back and front making it ideal to walk right off the Lanai to play or sunbathe.

We have found the ideal location to tour the Big Island, Hawaii, here in the golf course community “Discovery Harbour”, Na’alehu. Halfway between Kona & Hilo (approx. 50-60 miles) and minutes from the famous black and green sand beaches this is the perfect place to hideaway at the end of your daily adventures. Tour the Volcano (40 minute drive) and see the lava create more island or drive to nearby Hookena or one of the many other beautiful beaches of the Big Island. The sleepy little town of Na’alehu, Hawaii, is the southern most city in the United States. It has the small town feel with all the conveniences of the city (grocers, restaurants, post office, gas stations, fruit stands, etc.). There is even a farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday.

Discovery Harbour Golf Course is a community course where residents and tenants (that means you) can golf the 18 hole course for FREE! Get a golf cart at the club house for the day for a 5$ donation.

$85 / night $550 / week $1700 / month

November 1 - March 31:

$100 / night $600 / week $2000 / month

All rentals subject to a 1 time $50 cleaning fee & state taxes (11.40%)
